I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Plaza Victoria. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and the manager Berto was very kind, helpful, and made my stay a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. The spa was great with a nice heated pool and sauna. The location was also great right across from the train station I did not need to spend money taking the train as everything was in a walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Amsterdam and I will defiantly come back here the next time I am in the city!

Nice hotel (with a great breakfast -- I mean, GREAT!) close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere in Amsterdam. Highly recommended, though a little pricey.

Pool and sauna were nice. Breakfast employees were excellent. Front desk staff - one woman in particular - was horrible. Room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep - street noise and noise from other rooms and hallway. Location is perfect. Great assistance from the bellhops with transportation, luggage and recommendations for places to eat, drink, etc.

Nice,clean, to turn the lights on in the room. You have to stick your door key into this little holder by the door. Lol I couldn’t figure it out at first. Very nice hotel. Very modernized. Right across the street for the train station. We enjoyed our stay.

I was surprised and very disappointed that this turned out to be a very noisy room, with noise coming from inside the hotel and the alley outside the window. No getting away from it. I was also surprised by the untenable behavior of a desk clerk. Great location and nice rooms, but not the stay it should have been.

The room 107 was extremely dirty. First they put us in a room 607 or 617 (cannot remember) unbelievably dirty and filthy. Later after 10 min our room got changed to a smaller one, again extremely dirty. Reception didn’t do anything about it. No VIP privileges at all. Elemis amenities were not available same as shown on the website. Shampoo was empty. Coffee machine was not working. The room was not soundproof. Extremely dissatisfied. And will not come back again.

Friendly and professional staff. I even watched them handle an irate person in the lobby. They stayed calm and professional the whole time I witnessed it. The bar downstairs had great service and wonderful food. We started our trip at a different hotel and switched here starting on day 2. Definitely worth the change!

It was located directly across the street from the amazing central train station, which only cost us ~$30E round trip to/from the airport. The view from our canal facing room was absolutely stunning at night, the service from the front desk and concierge was impeccable and everything we wanted to see was within safe walking distance. Even with the construction, it was extremely quiet.
