Beautiful hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Very quiet, absolutely no noise from other rooms at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were great and the hotel bar had a nice atmosphere with lovely staff. A very short walk into the centre and 5 mins from central station. Thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

It's a lovely place with elegant rooms but most importantly, some very professional staff supporting our stay. The spa facilities were immaculate and really added to our winter break. Only gripe on this recent occasion was that our check-in was delayed, but the offers of free drinks and looking after our luggage meant that it wasn't such an issue so no stars are dropped.

Beautiful old historic hotel! 10-20 minute walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff so helpful and friendly. Unexpected room upgrade so we wouldn’t have to use stairs. Helpful with holding bags and getting us tickets to tulip farm. Nice to have complimentary water and soda in room. We didn’t want a big breakfast but probably would have been better than other options in area.
