"Hotel was great, check in was quick, the room was clean. We stayed there for 2 days. The first day i did not have breakfast. On the second day my husband went to the restaurant, then my kids went, then i went to join the kids. The lady that was replenishing the food was so rude. She told my kids and me that my husband already had breakfast, as in we're not allowed. Then i proceeded to get a croissant and she told me to only get one! I said that I wanted another one. "What a fabulous hotel. It was clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room had a small balcony, no room for a chair though. The mini bar was free and topped up every day. Great selection for breakfast. We had dinner there one night, fish and chips which was so tasy. The bus stop is just round the corner with buses running regularly to Haarlem station, where you can easily get the train into Amsterdam. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again. "
