The beds and pillows were far too soft, so woke up with a bad neck, though this could be personal preference. Ordering room service, the dessert didn't come woth the cream and couldnt contact the restaurant on the ohone to resolve. The woman in the bakery was quite rude and insisted I previously spoke...

"Nice Hyatt, rather on the outskirts of town. Great Indonesian restaurant onsite for breakfast and dinner, but not a lot of other eateries around. Easy to get to the Musuem district, not as easy to get into central oldtown Amsterdam."
