"The staff really made the experience so great. They were all so friendly! The cabin was spacious and had a full kitchen so it was nice to be able to go grocery shopping vs order takeout. The only negative I have was there were a few black ants in the bathroom. You can take a shuttle to Carowinds or the front desk will give you a free parking pass. We will definitely stay again when we visit Carowinds."

"This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. This little house was right on the river with amazing views of the river. Very relaxed vibe, chairs out on the porch and a fire pit facing the river. The bed was comfortable too! Highly recommend. "

"The house is unique. It’s my first time to stay in a cabin and I really enjoy the specialties. It’s located on the top of the hill. The trees around the house. I can hear the birds singing. The river is down the hill. I picked up a few rocks for collection. The two horses are very friendly. It was amazing experience I had in the place. I will highly recommend to spend your vacation there. "

"Absolutely gorgeous, quite, private, and immaculate! Wonderful hosts, even left us a cake for our anniversary! Fully stocked with everything you'd need! Lots of goats, donkeys, ducks to visit! And only 15 minutes from the adorable town of Mayberry!"

"We celebrated for my husbands 40th birthday and it was a wonderful getaway! The view was serene from the hot tub, and the fire from the stove was ambient. The pool table and surrounding woods gave us something fun to do. We will definitely remember our stay forever and hopefully return!"

"My trips was perfect other than no internet due to a storm before my arrival. And I was not able to get the fireplace to work inside the cabin. I loved the location and the landscape of the property. I plan on staying here again!"

"Set in a natural setting, this cozy cabin provides a quiet, peaceful place that is also close to the town of Cherokee.The host reaches out to make sure you have everything you need and is available and responds promptly.The cabin was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Enjoy sitting on the porch and listen to the roaring river.I highly recommend this location."

"The property and house are beautiful. The views from the porch are amazing. We had everything we needed at the house and Chuck and Sandy were very quick and responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay, and during. Nice to know they have other places close by also, if you have a larger group and still want privacy. Those places are just as nice! We had the best time! "

"Have visited this property several times and each time has been nice. When we first arrived, the hot tube was out of service due to a leak. The property was very informative and quickly fixed the problem so guests could enjoy the amenities. Their breakfast is pretty good. Great access to the beach. Great stay. "
