Villas in North Carolina

"Had a great 10 night stay at this luxury townhome. Very close to all the great areas in Charlotte. 10 minutes to the Bank of America Stadium and Uptown. Everything was brand new and although no assigned parking we never had an issue finding a spot right in front. Plenty of room and large spacious bathrooms. Kitchen is a little short of cooking supplies but we didn’t cook much so that wasn’t an issue. Great communication with host. He immediately sent someone to change battery in smoke detector...

"There was plenty of space for everyone. There is a formal dining with a table for 10 and a table for 10 in the kitcheen plus 6 seats at the counter. I have been in many VRBO's and I have never seen so much glass ware. There is plemty of plates and silverware. There were alot of lids but only a few pots, I think some were missing. The place is set up where each 4 beds get one bathroom with an extra full bath upstairs. My only complaint or to be correct my wifes only complaint was the single Queen...

"This home has everything you need! It is well supplied and so spacious. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable to hang out in. The views from the house are spectacular! We enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool! We are a family who likes to play games. They do have some at the house but the 4 we were interested in did not have all the pieces or instructions. I would suggest bringing your own games. We did! I would definitely stay here again and will be disappointed if I don’t get to!"

"Very clean and nicely decorated. The location is in a wonderful location but not very easy to get to. My suggestion is to travel during the day. We had no choice and arrived after dark which made it very difficult to find. If you are bringing your dog, there’s very little property and grass area around villa. The town of Cashiers and Highlands was two really nice towns to visit. Highlands is very pet friendly."

"Quiet neighborhood.Spacious house with garage and fun lounge area in the bittom level. Amazing fenced yard with pool and fire pit. We gathered to spend time with family and it was just what we needed for our large group to hang out, spread out, relax as needed. "

"We had an amazing visit! The location of this villa is perfect! Sunrises to the left and sunsets towards the right! Close to beach access and 2 golf carts! We loved it here and will most definitely be back! Thanks Villa 45!"
