"The hotel appeared to be clean and well-maintained. It features vintage decor and furniture in certain areas. The elevators are slow, so one needs to allow time in leaving the building to be somewhere in a hurry. The room was spacious with a table and two chairs. Joey ay the front desk took time to welcome us and chat a bit; he is a gem of an employee and made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely stay again."

"The hotel itself is nice and clean. I like that it was connected to Union Station. The staff were friendly. The only issue we had was that we could not connect to the wifi."

"We had a great stay. The front desk was amazing. Proximity to MSG was phenomenal for the concert. All the staff was pleasant and very helpful. We also enjoyed the Tick Tock diner, great food. The rooms were very clean and neat. The balcony was amazing with a great view. If youre ever going to to a concert at MSG this is the place to stay. 1 block away from the venue. Will definitely stay again."

"Our experience with Tempo was outstanding. Since it's relatively new, I had some questions. The food area was one area, but it worked out well for breakfast every day, and the staff was great. I loved the location. I've been to NYC many times, and my wife and I were celebrating a major event. It was an easy walk to the theaters, and we never had a problem getting cabs. I like the relaxed atmosphere of the dining room, and meeting people proved very enjoyable. The front desk personnel were always welcoming and friendly. I used the W in past years, but we took a chance on Tempo and were wonderfully rewarded. Thanks for a great stay. "

"Really close to all the theatres and Times Square as well as restaurants in Hell’s Kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows with modern decor. Housekeeping does a great job. Could get a bit noisy if you’re on the lower levels but that’s expected of NYC. "
