"Pluses: great location, nice, affordable room, nice enough finishes. Less plus: no light when entering the room, everything was clean enough and nice enough, but definitely not 5 star sparkling. Great value for the price—$120/night for king panorama at Christmas!"

"The property is being renovated so not all of it was ready for this weekend. We stayed in an area that was already renovated and we did like it. Very clean and very comfortable. I go to West Dundee a lot and will return to this hotel when it is fully renovated. The staff were excellent and friendly"
