"This hotel is located in the old Dominion bank with a lot of historical architecture preserved. Lots to explore and see by itself. Let alone it is minutes away from Union Station, St Lawrance market and Eaton centre. It was a joy staying at a higher floor with the stunning view"

"This hotel was very clean! The staff was very welcoming from the front desk to the doormen. Our room on the third floor was quiet, even with construction happening below outside. We didn’t use the parking but there was a parking garage right next door. Close to everything touristy and not! We felt safe walking around here and would recommend it to people visiting NYC!"

"If you are looking for something in the heart of Times Square this is the location for you. I booked a regular King room and was pleasantly surprised to have the perfect view overlooking Times Square (24th floor). I personally think any higher you wouldn't have as great of a view if you're wanting to see the billboards from your room. And if you're thinking the billboards might be too bright for sleeping, the hotel has remote controlled blackout shades and another of layer of sheer shades to let some light in if you like. We rarely heard the noise of the street either and if we did, it was very faint. Honestly this hotel room and location was perfect. "

"Kearne checked me in and was so helpful. He helped me upgrade when I felt the first room was too small and we had a great room with a view. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the hotel was very convenient to everythiing we wanted to do. The Tik Tok Diner in the hotel is one of the best casual restaurants we ate at."
