"This is my second time staying here. I went with my sisters and nieces for a girls getaway and our little dog. They had a clean little doggy bed waiting for us and clean dog dishes. We also got a free bottle of delicious wine. My fav thing about this place is the hot and cool tubs. It's really beautiful, peaceful, and great for families, or romantic get aways. There's also a bus that will take you into town. It's a gem 💎 of Banff. ♥️ "

"Everything was fine, except wrong payment at front"

"Over all I would give this property a 3.5. It wasn't bad and it wasn't great. Super close to Yosemite West entrance. Main Lobby shopping is great. Restaurant food is ok. Prices are really high, but the service is very good. Rooms need a update, and the walls are thin. Bring ear plugs. After we checked in and were in our room, staff just OPENED our door. That was quite concerning. Not sure why that happened. If you are just looking for quick access to YNP, then is a budget able option. "
