Our room was large with a nice sitting area and a patio. Great location to use as a base to explore everything Queenstown and the surrounding area has to offer. "

"This Hotel/Motel had all the comforts of a larger Hotel. What was amazing was the bathroom floor was heated, not needed in the summer but would be nice in the winter. The room had a fridge, ironing board & iron, also a heat pump, but never used. If you get a room like we had parking was right outside the door, a nice touch. Check in Staff were pleasant & gave us all he instructions as how to access the room, we had rang asked if we could get into the room before the designated arrival time &...

"The house had a very good facilities and was very comfortable. The outstanding view made it a magical place to stay. We really enjoyed it and it was good to be able to go to the restaurant in the evening when we arrived. The staff were helpful and courteous And we had a very good stay."

" We initially encountered a hiccup because the door of our room was jammed and we couldn’t get in. Eventually we were offered a new room and we were upgraded to a different room. Although the new room was clean, there were some cellar spiders around the room. Wasn’t a big deal for us - just thought that they weren’t expecting for that room to be used so it wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly. Overall, great experience. Love that it’s very tranquil. Will come back in the future. "
