And of course the room I was assigned was right next to the playground there and there were kids literally screaming just outside the window."

"I stayed with 3 x 15 year old boys; we were there for a sports weekend. Property was fine for us. Our unit had a very old stove in it with solid cooking rings that took forever to heat up to cook on. Needed a couple of decent size bowls in the pantry for a salad/pop corn etc. We had to ask for a kitchen sink plug and tea towels. Property is dated and possibly needs a new coat of paint but was safe and the beds were comfy. And yes we would stay again with kids. Easy to find location and...
