The staff on the weekend seemed to not understand customer service. Even when there were queues at Reception they did not acknowledge the other customers waiting in line.
The weekend manager Sam seem more preoccupied to help one customer than to look at the fact that there were other customers waiting in line.
We went down to Reception to have a drink, the side serving drinks was not even attended to. Another group that were there said they waited 10 minutes before they had to approach the other side of the counter to remove recognise.
They do not seem to be aware of the customers around them and seem to be simply focused on the one person in front of them. They are unaware of their surroundings?
I am unsure whether this is through lack of training or this is the way they run the establishment.
Will look at booking elsewhere in the future, not this one.
