"We were not expecting the water park to have such limited hours. We paid for early check in to get in before 4 PM, and the water park closes on Sundays at 6:00. That was disappointing. It is nice to have two restaurants in the hotel, but they can close early due to inclement weather, so be prepared to go out if this happens."

"Check in was a nightmare as first room that we were given was not even touched since the last guests checked out. Manager did bring keys up to us for another room. Manager even carried some of our bags to the next room however the key system did not work on that door so manager had to again run down to the lobby to retrieve keys to a third room! It was definitely an inconvenience but was handled professionally. The rest of the stay went well with no complaints. "
