"Our stay was so wonderful! It was the perfect location to have easy access to beach pool and the rainforest. The staff were so helpful and kind. There was great wildlife to see right from the hotel at the right times of day! We had just a few minor recommendations- please provide a couple more bath towels, install a door sweep under the door (there was a small gap and we had a gecko roommate one night) and more hooks in the room for towels and wet items! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the jungle room with semiprivate pool that was cool and shaded. "

"this was super convenient for catching a very early flight out the next day! Hotel restaurant was good and very convenient but pricey and the pool was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and there was a shuttle that took only four minutes to get us to the airport bright and early the next morning. Rooms were really nice too."

"Loved the huge, beautiful grounds and the activities offered at the resort. We did the tubing and horseback riding - great fun and so convenient that it was at the resort. Concierge was very helpful finding us local tours, arranging transportation, etc. And good dining options too. We ate every meal at the resort except lunch during excursions. Really convenient and relaxing to have good dining at the resort. We loved the hot springs by the river, especially the one right above the waterfall. Very good resort for family. "
