"First of all let me say that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was just fine, the view was amazing, the pool was good and the restaurant (we only had the breakfast buffet) was very good. The location couldn't have been much better due to it's proximity to the markets. The hotel staff were all excellent and we were very happy with the price. The only negative things I have to say are some minor condition complaints. Our room needed to have the carpet cleaned and the sofa needed it's upholstery...

There are activities to do each day if you want a bit of action and the equipment is all available. "reached late evening to check in, rooms were already available. upon reaching the room, noticed the room was very musky. no decent wardrobe and the air cond was very noisy at times. the fridge cant be switched on as it was moved from its original location thus the plug was too far away. the wifi was also out of service. second day, had to ask the front desk to ask the staff to move the fridge, fix the internet and check on the water supply as there was water disruption on the second day!...

"Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels)."
