Feels stuffy when aircon is switched off. even got mosquitos. 3) Variety of TV channels seems better than when we last visit 2-3 years ago. Room service staff is considerate to put more bottles of mineral water for us . 4) Conciege staff are helpful when assisting us with the luggage and my mum who is with wheelchair. "It is a nice & unique hotel with spacious room. But i was shocked to see a big lizard in my room . I really allergic to this species . Otherwise everything will be fine and comfortable. The hotel jetty is near & easy for us to get the night cruise . The area also close to jonker street , "

"No towels in both connecting rooms. After 5 requests still did not send to rooms. Finally instructed counter staff to hold the towels so we cld collect after dinner"

"Great in theory, but it’s a little tired. Only one of the dining options was open, which was a challenge given it’s a long way from anything else. The pool is gorgeous but closes at 6, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall it was fine, but not what I expected for the price paid"

"Great location but u have to be aware that your hotel is right outside the night market. So if you can’t sleep easily with noise don’t book here. Everything gets packed up by 1am so if your planning to stay out won’t be a problem "
