"It was a bit of a rough start because the room we booked had no WiFi and when you have kids you know how important that can be ! But the front desk really got it handled and moved our room and got us all settled. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient and the tram going back and forth to universal on the hour was great . I’d definitely stay here again and recommend my friends to stay here too ! "

"Overall services and staff were good, aligning with other comments. Bed springs are not supportive. Pillows are small and seem old and well-used. Cotton inside pillow has been compressed and became hard. We did not have good sleep during that our stay. "

"My only complaint was parking. It was a block away $24 with no in & outs. Not a fun walk in the rain. Valle parking was too high $75. The bell desk and valle parking attendants were very helpful and great at their job. However, i enjoyed my stay and would love to return when i return to California. "

"Beautiful resort, easy access to beach, all staff was superb in service. Had a weekend birthday celebration and the staff made sure all our guests were greeted and cared for in a most welcoming way. "We were traveling with our autistic grandson and needed to break our travel to allow for him to rest from all the input of traveling. The hotel was clean but more importantly quiet. It was quiet enough for him to be comfortable taking a swim in the pool as there was not a bunch of other children screaming and splashing."
