Only drawback for this 80 year old with arthritis is the number of stairs. I realize Catalina is a city of hills and we had great views, but those stairs were killer on my knees. Garage parking is definitely an amenity: without it, parking could be a challenge due to the number of cars parked on the residential street. The unit’s description states there is no air conditioning; heating the space was a challenge. Adjusting the thermostat did not emit heat from the wall furnace. In turn, the space was chilly. "Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need...
