"Wonderful little inn tucked in by the airport with clean, welcoming rooms. The check in was easy, the free parking was a wonderful perk, and the views out over the wetlands were lovely and peaceful. The welcoming wine with cheese and crackers was ample enough for a full meal! What a relaxing way to end the day! I strongly recommend this hidden gem."

"I rarely write reviews, but Channel Road Inn deserves one. This is one of the few hotels which has made us feel really at home: from Dominique's homemade pear cake and granola, through the rustic charm room to the late afternoon wine and cheese... Everything was perfect. Thank you so much Dominique and team for all the special attention you provide and the love with which you manage your hotel. "

"Property very nice, however overall experience poor. Host was unaccommodating and difficult to reach. Advertised incorrectly. Booked because of hot tub which we could not use the first two nights we were there because she said the pool guy had to heat it up. The other couple used it earlier that day. Had no idea we would be sharing with another couple and that host lived there. The other couple also thought the same. They had to enter our room to get to their bedroom because no expectation was...

"Clean and cozy! As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and comfortable here. The space looked exactly like the pictures. Host provided a key to the inside space so you can lock the door leading into the suite when you’re gone. Host was very quick to respond to my messages. The bed was firm and comfortable (I have lower back pain and I felt better than I do at home!) There is poor cell reception but the WiFi was fast and worked great. "This was the best stay the kitchen came with cooking pots/pans along with utensils, the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was home welcoming and had hygiene materials and very clean. Overall I would definitely recommend booking here!!"

"I really hit the jackpot when I selected this property. I was greeted and warmly welcomed at the door by host Rena who showed me around. Her motherly spirit was evident in the care she put into the unit. From extra towels, to water and orange juice in the fridge and cookies, apples, and flowers on the dining table. The bed was wonderfully comfy with extra blankets available in the closet. As a single female I also appreciated the very bright automatic light that comes on as you approach the door...

"Lovely place with lots of little extras like computer, printer, multiple living spaces and fun, vintage art. We had a lovely time."

"Very easy process and a fun little get away if you want something different than the hotels. Great location for walking to restaurants & shopping. Great views too! Boat is a bit dated and could use a little TLC in some areas but affordable for staying on a boat. Nothing that would keep me from coming back. Having the breakfast basket was great and yummy! There were 4 adults and very comfortable."
