"24 / 7 transport to airport was a big plus as we had a 6am flight. "

"I was skeptical because of the area but i was blown away how clean and comfortable it was. The desk staff were helpful and professional. My bed was soft and plush pillows. The room service to clean my room was so freaking nice and accommodating. I had to go to a seminar at the Proud Bird and it was close. I also had to bring along two of my work computer monitors and was worried about the internet and set up but everything worked out. A lot of food places less than 500ft walking distance. I...

"We love the staff. Particulate gentleman in valet. They always remember us and make an effort to greet us. Small things like that bring customers back. Props to Metkel at valet for exceptional service and thank you to Juan for retrieving my Starbucks lol. "

"Great hotel, well positioned to walk to Universal Studios. Also a shittle available from the hotel. Check in staff were fantastic. Bar and restaurant staff could do with some customer service training considering you have to tip regardless of their quality of service. Overall the hotel was great. "
