"We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming young lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Stayed to eat some lunch, service was friendly and efficient. After a wander round Lancaster, back to our room for showers and a change. "This is our second stay at Thurnham Hall as we enjoyed it so much last time. I think the things that could be improved are: no charge for the leisure centre. It’s unclear on the website what the charges are, if they always apply etc. More clarity about how many bathrooms/ beds exactly will be provided. Last time we had the opportunity to split the beds in the main bedroom, which worked well as I was sharing with my daughter. This time it was a double bed. Or there should be an option to tick to...
