"Hotel was great and perfect for what we needed as a family of three. The staff where helpfull and polite with excellent customer service. The room was clean and well maintained, and just the right size for us. The hotel is perfectly located, with the Pleasure Beach just round the corner, and a tram station two minutes walk away. The breackfast was good quality and tasted fantastic, the hashbrown bites where a hit with all of us. I would highly recomend this hotel to anyone. "

"Room was comfortable, Kitchen well equipped but only 4 tea bags, 1 coffee sachet, 2 dishwasher tablets for a 2 night stay. Sofa bed was quite heavy to pull in and out. Pool was lovely, grounds fantastic and very quiet. Overall we had a lovely stay."

"Was a special treat for my two grandsons one if whom was 5 years old today...we had a lovely overnight and the boys were drlighted to be able to view the pitch from their room....i do think charging £10 to park the car overnight was a bit much considering the cost of 2 rooms"

"Deluxe double room with Seaview was spacious and good views out to sea... bathroom huge. Decor needs attention... bed comfy... but in fairness, i loved the break at the imperial hotel. Definitely stay here again. But only if had same sort of room deluxe double seaview"
