"We had a very bad experience in this hotel. At 2:30 am someone started knocking at our door at least 3 times. I woke up and when I opened the door, there was the bell boy bringing a suitcase that was not ours. After he noticed he got the wrong room, he apologized and left. It was almost impossible for us to get back to sleep and we felt tired all day long. It is unbelievable that a "5 star" hotel has this type of mistakes. Also, when checking out, we got a different rate than what was initially...

"First visited nearly 30 years ago and have stayed several times since. It's a lovely hotel for a short stay and it has an amazing staff. The facilities are excellent, great for young families and can be lively in the evenings (ask for a room away from the music in need). The restaurants are all open attracting monkies, crows and sparrows so some surfaces are likely not very clean but generally not a nuisance. The hotel's reputation is well-deserved."

"Nice hotel. Great place if you are looking for a self-contained resort. Four pools, multiple restaurants, private beach, bars, spa and more. Definitely a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings. Hotel is a bit remote; you’ll need to hire transportation to visit places. "
