"I had an extremely disappointing experience when I booked a stay at this property. After arriving at Nairobi airport, I took an Uber to the location, arriving just around midnight. Upon arrival, we waited at the gate for approximately 15 minutes before a man came out. He appeared either upset or as though he had been woken up, and immediately demanded to know if the reservation had been paid. I showed him proof of payment through the Hotels.com app, but he continued to scrutinize it, seemingly...

"The Penthouse is a blissful experience and if you need anything Gilbert will ensure your get it. We asked if he could get us snapper and vegetables for dinner and he organised for it to be delivered and grilled for us by an onsite chief. It was delicious 10/10 and we could continue our holiday without worrying about food. Swahili house is everything we were looking for, Diani beach experience but more peacful without the crowds. "Very happy with my stay. The property is a small oasis in an otherwise busy area with a beautiful property. The staff are outstanding and always helpful and welcoming. There were heavy rains during my stay which flooded the access road and the staff always found a way for me to cross when I left/arrived on foot. The room was basic but very comfortable with diligent daily service. However the shower appeared to need a deep clean on the tile. The water flow in the shower was also less than ideal...
