"Terrible the first night we were given a hut which was very poorly equipped. Avoid Purple Rain which was aptly named as the combined tiny room with toilet and shower wash basin not compartmentalised was leaking water which flowed into the other room a bedroom. The hut was very cold we slept fully clothed … water leak awful no hot water no internet. Internet did not work in the separate restaurant lodge .. chairs in Restarant were wonky canvas and food mediocre. The staff helpful and sorry for...

"The grounds are expansive and beautiful, set in the quiet of Nairobi NP. There are lots of trees, plants, flowers and nice walking paths. It is a fair bit from the airport, longer than I had expected, but is worth the trip for a 2 to 3 day stay. Staff have been very attentive, friendly and helpful."
