I woke up and when I opened the door, there was the bell boy bringing a suitcase that was not ours. After he noticed he got the wrong room, he apologized and left. It was almost impossible for us to get back to sleep and we felt tired all day long. It is unbelievable that a "5 star" hotel has this type of mistakes. "Staff was very friendly and gracious, went out of their way to help with anything. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of variety and offerings. Nice private beach area, but cushions on lounge chairs were not secured and kept sliding down the chairs when chair backs were inclined. Sea Breeze rooms were spacious though mattress was hard and pillows fairly flimsy. "
