"We had stayed here previously and been in an older room with an outstanding view. This stay we were in the new section where the room was very new and very well fitted out, still with ocean views but not as good as the previous room . The hotel was very busy and we found the service not quiet what I would've expected. "One thing very unique to this property it the entertainment (animation) team. Those guys, are over and beyond anyone expectations and makes this location a unique destination. They've activities all day, from dancing, aquarobics and live acrobatic and music shows, and all that for FREE, at no extra cost ... amazing. Also, location is within walking distance to a lot of attractions and dining places. However, the property need to improve on the following: 1) a face lift, a bit of renovation 2)...
