"The sauna and pool is not included in the room price and this was not clear to me. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. "

"My 2nd time staying here. the description of this hotel has the word "upscale". it is not upscale. The lady at the reception (with curly hair) is great, always with a smile and friendly.
