"I have stayed here several times. I like the hotel, but arranging transportation to and from the airport is very difficult, requiring multiple phone calls. And again on the trip, as on my last stay, the staff at reception tried to charge me again for the transportation which had already been paid -- in fact was REQUIRED to be paid -- in advance."

"Good & helpful staff, good breakfast, This area is best for local experience, good local restaurants/cafes esp Shavlego 2 bars & good wine bar. Chose this Hotels based on reviews. To be near Irish and English bars, cocktail bars & up market restaurants Kazakhstan Hotel is much nearer these but does not have 'local' experience"
