"The pull out sofa was an abysmal bed. Not worth it to pay for that when there were springs poking through the mattress that had zero padding. Good was good. Hotel was clean. Only complaint was the pull out sofa as a bed. "

While the room was clean and comfortable, I think it could benefit more from additional amenities to improve and meet international hotel standards. The breakfast buffet provided minimal options and was very limited. The absence of bidet sprays in the bathroom and the lack of a welcoming lobby area were noticeable shortcomings. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes could be streamlined for greater efficiency. "
