"The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms were well kept. Good breakfast. I do recommend staying here since it serves the purpose but you need to know certain things. I deduct one star because there is no above-and-beyond element. At all! The hotel charged me 12,000 Tenge for airport pickup when I could have just walked to the Blue Taxi counter in the arrivals hall, to whom the pick up drive casually gave back the sign with my name on it. I paid 2500 Tenge back to the airport! What a mark-up! Not...

"Had a good stay here. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. I didn’t use the spa facilities but I was given a tour and they looked fantastic. A shame I didn’t have enough time to partake. Breakfast was ok. I found the room very warm and needed to open the window during -15c to cool down a bit. The radiators didn’t seem to be adjustable."

Very limited ability to charge to room (results in multiple charges and fees for international visitors). At the checkout- I was in the rush on my way to airport, the reception desk refused to return my security deposit - asking me to show a receipt from transaction (which I could not find). It was inconvenient. When you put a charge on the credit card- hotel should keep a copy for the record... Overall my room was clean and service team was friendly."
