"The hotel is very close to Kyoto station and one of the main shopping areas. Rooms are a good size and well equipped. The main drawback is that reception and the lobby area are in the open air and were very cold. Also all the tables for breakfast filled up quickly and guests then had to queue in the open air until a table freed up. This hotel would work well in the summer months "

"The place is right across the train and bus stations making it an excellent choice as we booked an early morning bus tour. The room we had ( paid extra 500 yen to check in early) was very tiny bit we made it work for us, we still had twin beds too as I chose this set up. It has the smallest kettle/ boiling bwater appliance we've ever used, not even one litre! But we managed. It was also easy to request for extra pillow. It has the thinnest and smallest pillow we've ever used! The other best part...
