"Excellent place to stay with kids out of the hustle of the old quarter. Large pool area, table tennis pool and spacious rooms. Location only a short walk or taxi from prominent spots. Pick up drop off from airport was aldo excellent. Pool and dining staff excellent and always interacted with the kids. "

But by far, the greatest light of this hotel is the staff and how they look after you like family. "We enjoyed a great stay. The best things about this hotel are the convenient location (close walking distance to lake, shops, main square and markets) and the staff. The staff made sure to check in every morning at breakfast to see how we were going. We had a minor complaint about the room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and offer compensation (which they didn’t have to). There was also a nice gift upon checkout. "
