"Nice room "

"We had a great stay! Hosts were always helpful and responsive, multiple times responding very promptly to our requests. The room is bright and airy with lots of windows and natural light just like the photos. Everything is very clean. We loved sitting and watching the activity on the street below. The internet is very fast. The free washing machine and dryers were a plus. You do have to furnish your own detergent. The apartment is near many restaurants and the Tong Duy Tan food street. "This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job. If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."

"Nice and cozy apartment, but it may be better to: 1) enable the guest to select smoking/ non-smoking room when booking. 2) keep the outer roll up doors of the facility opened at least from 6am, though the manager is available on the phone number given in the check-in instructions and he asks the security to open the doors. I saw several guests wondering what to do when they saw the doors closed. House keeping service is available basically when you put the trash in front of the room door."

"We didn’t have hot water and no internet on the last night. The place is not really a hotel so there’s no lobby area."
