I was stuck waiting iutside the the place in the middle of the night after a long flight, only to find no entrance, no sign, and 0 communication take place even when i wrote to them 2 days prior about my late entry. I had to book another hotel. Not once did the hotel respond or reach out to me for not being there, and Expedia was entirely useless as...
