Only issues we had were the cleaning staff would bang on our doors repeatedly even after repeatedly saying no thank you, and we had a key card go as well as some money go missing from our room while we were out. Other than those minor things, excellent stay! 10/10 recommend! "

"Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason.
