"We were on 5th floor, and room was very warm, so needed to use the air conditioning, however it was not very efficient. That is the only complaint. The room, and in fact all of the hotel was immaculate, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Would return to this hotel if I was visiting Budapest again."

"Lovely stay, very clean and friendly staff, the only criticism is the rooms were very hot. When we asked concierge (who was kind)to assist with the temperature they informed us that this was set and we could have the very large wondow open, whilst this helped, This solution due to the height of the room and the size of the window i didnt want to sleep with it wide open (ive been known to sleep walk) It would have been easier to have been able to adjust the controls to around 20 degrees rather...

"The hotel was close to public transport and very quiet. The rooms were clean and comfy but extremely hot, even with the radiators turned off."
