"Terrible hotel where the only positive thing is the location. The communication in booking and in general at the hotel is not existing. An example is the bar that opened at random times during the week and the staff did not know anything about it. We booked a room with breakfast and access to spa. "This property was wonderful The only complaint was the outside of the property did not match the inside. The inside is immaculate. Also, this is a place to say if you want to be in Tres Cantos, not Madrid. I stayed to visit family friends. Great spot!"
