"My family had a great time. Kids really enoyed the kids club which was included and the water park, also the beach was beautiful. The food was good too, we enjoyed the italian restaurant on the resort the most, they sang happy birthday and brought a piece of cake complimentary for my husband. Friendly staff and so clean. Everyone is always maintaining and cleaning the property inside and outside. Room service was available 24 hours so that helped as we landed late the 1st night. Great experience...

"There is three separate Majestic Hotels on the Property but all contacted which can get confusing on the first day trying to get around. A lot of the staff did not speak English which made it hard to communicate and ask about certain things. They changed our room last minute and downgraded us and gave us a credit without telling us which was frustrating because we booked the specific room for our honeymoon but they were able to make it right and got us in the correct room the next day. "Rooms are clean but very modest. Loved the beach but could have used more chairs. The volleyball court took too much space and could be better located (moved back closer to the fence) to allow for even more chairs beachside. Hated the music! It sounded like the same song over & over and it definitely shouldn't have been blaring at 6:45 in the morning where it could be heard inside the room. Overall a great trip. "
