"You have a great staff. They were friendly and helpful. I had never called an Uber before and they helped me set up an account and arrange from a driver. They let us leave our luggage so we could go somewhere for lunch while waiting for our room to be ready and offered to put valuables in the safe."

"They charge extra for early check-in, even thou it was an hour earlier. Ridiculous! Even thou the staff was friendly, there is a lack of attentiveness around the beach area. It took hours to get service. No hostess at buffet. Seat yourself is the way it got done. Could not make reservations for restaurants in person at the restaurant nor over the phone from the room. "

"We had an amazing time at the hotel! The location is stunning, and the hospitality is even more impressive. During the day, the hotel is calm and peaceful, but if you’re staying in La Parguera, be prepared for a lively atmosphere at night. The music around the hotel can get quite loud, often lasting until 1 AM. I'll go back anytime."

"The property is beautiful. Everything was amazing. Customer service is absolutely one of the best and Alejandro was our concierge. He did such an amazing job and he recommended a lot of beautiful stuff to do during the day. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet refreshing time with yourself. The main reason for our visit was to celebrate my best friend‘s birthday, and he made it very special. Everybody was celebrating her. It was such a beautiful experience."

"Hotel was fully booked but did not feel overly saturated with guest. Excellent atmosphere for a true R & R weekend. Will come back in the future. "
