"Spent 8 days in this beautiful paradise resort. From the time we arrived until we left, the service, cleanliness, attention to detail never diminished. I cant list all the names but there were a few stand outs. Eddie who walked around picking up blown around flower pedals (lots and lots of flowers here) and his contagious smile and banter each morning started our days off right. Jennifer and Patrick at the front desk who I bothered numerous times with questions, taxi service calls and other requests never faltered to give a smile. They're just genuinely nice people. The restaurants on grounds were decently priced and the taste was fantastic! Pool was clean and the area around it kept neat and orderly. Only complaint I have was the bathroom light switch was outside bathroom door which shined light on whomevers sleeping in bed. Not a big thing but inconvenient. "

"We are really love this place. Food was fresh and delicious only need to make reservations for dinner at least 2 days before and every day you can get different restaurants we really love Asian restaurant overall all of them is good. Room was cleaned every day ,beach is beautiful and front of the room. Only one thing receptionist girls on front desk wasn’t that friendly not smiling didn’t explain us nothing in first day especially we were there first time that was not that nice overall was great vacation if you go with kids is the best resort. Definitely love it. "

"As soon as I arrived at the property, I was met with excellent customer service! The bellman took my bags while I checked in at the desk. I was offered a cold refreshing towel, and a glass of wine! My room wasn’t quite ready, so the bellman stored my luggage while I enjoyed the rooftop pool. Lunch and drinks at the pool were excellent! All of the pools on property were great! The room was spacious and clean! I would stay here again! Great value, and great customer service!"
