"There is three separate Majestic Hotels on the Property but all contacted which can get confusing on the first day trying to get around. A lot of the staff did not speak English which made it hard to communicate and ask about certain things. They changed our room last minute and downgraded us and gave us a credit without telling us which was frustrating because we booked the specific room for our honeymoon but they were able to make it right and got us in the correct room the next day. "Great Resort. I stayed at the Adults only in October 2024 and Family Resort Waves in November 2024. Both sides had an amazing staff. The grounds were clean. They have a dive shop on site which is run by Dressel Divers and is excellent. I would recommend this property and would go back!"

"Had a lot of fun with 2 young kids. Huge, beautiful property. Buffets could be better, food variety and quality was lower than other hotels I’ve stayed in the area. Also their eco initiatives are a bit much - no straws at all and only one beach towel per person per day detracts from the vacation experience "
