"Unfortunately I have experienced this hotel at it's best. The staff were nice and my room was upgraded to a suite which was a lovely touch considering I stayed with my two children. The hotel is tired, there was lightbulbs out in the room, wallpaper peeled and framework missing from the doors. The shower was yellowing and when used sprayed from cracks behind the shower head. "Staff are very friendly including the restaurant staff. This hotel represents good value for money and is comfortable. You can hear the trains in certain parts of the hotel which is mentioned in the hotel description, we stay at the weekend so it wasn’t really an issue but during the week I would opt for a room at the other side of the hotel which is clear when booking a room. If in the area would stay again."
