"My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Los Recuerdos for two nights. We had paid for the full board which by most definition is all meals. It was only breakfast. The food offered was not to an American pallet. no flame under the chaffing dishes so everything was cold. At check in I was told that I did not pay through Hotels.com I was not in a position to argue, being in Colombia and papers still in my suitcase, so I paid more than I agreed to with Hotels.com.
