My experience here was truly wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were impeccably clean. I couldn't have asked for a better stay! And special thanks to housekeeping (318) she was amazing.

the personal is very very nice. the breakfast is very limited but with a high quality of service. the rooms are not that good. some of them with two little bed and you can ear the noise on the street. IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING.

Very nice modern hotel. Close to Provenza and yet far enough to not hear any of the noise from bars and discos! The room I was in was adequate not to roomy but ok. The bed was queen and there was very little space to walk around the bed. Its in a very nice area with many restaurants but less crowded. This was an excellent stay and the location is excellent! I got a real good price also. Would stay here again for sure.

Esta muy bien ubicada, cerca de todo lo principal. Las habitaciones muy chiquitas pero confortables. Falta un poco de iluminación pero están bien. Todo el personal muy agradable y con ganas de ayudar, a excepción a un a chica de cabello negro a la altura de oreja o hombros y tatuajes, las dos veces que pedimos su apoyo no nos quiso ayudar, pero era la única ya que los demás chicos en recepción y restaurante todos excelentes.

Pros: ubicación céntrica, empleados de limpieza y del restaurante súper amables. Amé tomar el desayuno y que Verushka fuera tan amable y servicial y también fue súper detallista. Lugar limpio y estéticamente muy lindo ya que es nuevo Contras: las habitaciones son tan pequeñas que solo recomiendo este hotel para viajeros solos o viajeros de negocios. Si vas de vacaciones con maleta la vas a pasar mal con los espacios tan reducidos, no hay donde poner las maletas, no tiene nevera pequeña, ducharte es un dolor de cabeza porque es muy pequeña la ducha, lavamanos incómodo y mal ubicado y de ambos lados habrá agua en todo el cuarto. No hay comodidad en lo absoluto. Reservamos la opción “extra” para mayor espacio y aún así era absurdo el tamaño del cuarto. Nos entregaron la primera noche la habitación incorrecta o sea una más pequeña y aunque le dijimos al Gerente nocturno que esa no era, insistió en que lo resolviera al día siguiente. Estábamos tan cansados de un vuelo con escala y eran más de la 1am, que accedimos para poder descansar. Pero eso fue injusto porque no fue lo que pagué, y saben que? Nada pasó y nadie se hizo responsable. También, Encontramos dos supermega cucarachas, lo notificamos y adivinen? No hicieron nada. En resumen, no volvería a considerar Tribe en un futuro lamentablemente.

La relación precio calidad no es buena, la habitación esencial es ridiculamente pequeña, parece que te estas hospedando en un closet, no hay espacio ni para moverse. No te dan pero ni una botella de agua de cortesia, si quieres descanzar no es apropiado la fiesta de los alrededores se escucha en la habitacion hasta el amanecer. Es demasiado pequeña esa habitación es absurdamente pequeña
