Hotel Park 10 has the perfect location and the most wonderful breakfast and staff. This hotel looks like it was a real gem back in the day, however, it is now very rundown and some amenities are not available. We were disappointed to learn that the Turkish bath, spa, and library were all out of service. The gym is very simple. We would definitely stay here again just for the wonderful staff and location.

I like the staff service at the front desk and at the restaurant. Every morning, was great to have my breakfast at the hotel buffet. My room was clean everyday, with new towels and bed made. Great experience. Will love to go back.

I booked on expedia because it was cheaper. I booked an upgraded not standard room. At the time of check in they gave me a standard room, because they were fully sold out! When I went to the bathroom I saw pieces of glass on the corner of the floor in the bathroom. Clearly it was not cleaned well! After my plane ride I wanted to shower, the pole with the hanging curtain fell. Water flooded everywhere. Apparently they had given me a room that the shower door glass had broken and replaced it with a shaky curtain. The next day they changed my room and gave no credit for what happened. I asked for a manager repeatedly, but they kept saying no manager was on site! I stayed for 3 night, how was there no manager there! The poor bellboy tried to help me, as they don't speak English well there. The rooms were not clean, but the area was walkable and it was quiet at night. The breakfast was ok.

We liked everything about the hotel. We have stayed at the hotel a couple of times in the past. The staff is very courteous and many of them spoke English and Spanish. Their uniforms were very professional, the restaurant's food was excellent, and the staff was very nice. We enjoy the Poblado area of Medellin. It is an upscale area to stay.

Excellent hotel in El Poblado, great location within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The restaurant is very good and the best asset is the friendly, professional staff that ensure all the guests’ needs are met.

No sense of hospitality, no happy new year, no attention. They only charged me a double occupancy at $100 for having a friend visiting me 20 minutes, got rude at front desk when I disputed the charge and never responded my dispute email to management. Poor and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend at all as there are plenty of other options with great service in Medellin with excellent and professional staff.
