"I stay here every trip to Medellin. Great staff of employees very polite and helpful. I feel like they really care about there guests, and provide great security as well. Nice clean, spacious rooms, with a great Spa on top floor. Great location as well, and priced fair for quality of Hotel. "

"Perfect location. Close to shopping & Dining. And 8-10 taxi ride to Nightlife in Parque Lleras. Staff was great and accommodating. And very knowledgeable with the surrounding areas and where to go for Tours. Definitely returning & staying there again. "

"Staff were very helpful. Always going above and beyond. Room was amazing never had not one issue. A little confused as to how to receive my paid breakfast. I kind of just winged it. All though that might have been my own issue of working up the courage to ask. No complaints at all. Definitely recommend staying here. I didnt realize i came during the high season which is why prices were a bit high for the rooms. I am definitely coming back"
