"Great view of the surrounding area when on the upper floors. Though the neighborhood was loud at night, the room was well insulated from noise. Nice evening drink service at our room. Very helpful front desk. The toilet did keep backing up, and once the shower backed up a bit too, though it was quickly fixed each time. Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast. "

Even on the weekends. 730am Great location otherwise with walking distance to Provenza and El Pablado areas. Could use more instructions on tvs etc. could get it too work except living room. Market, coffee close by and good Argentinian steakhouse on the street."

"We liked everything about the hotel. We have stayed at the hotel a couple of times in the past. The staff is very courteous and many of them spoke English and Spanish. Their uniforms were very professional, the restaurant's food was excellent, and the staff was very nice. We enjoy the Poblado area of Medellin. It is an upscale area to stay."

"I dont like that they charge you if you dirt your tower, you have yo stay with the same tower the whole time."
