"Loved everyone was an amazing experience , only negative take away is the fact that even if you rent the penthouse they have a strict 2 person max at any time inside the room . However they have a living room with sofa and 2 chairs and a dining table with 5 chairs. Jmmm makes you wonder. In order to have a couple friends come over I had to book another room on the same floor so that they could visit. How ever I repeat the service is world class , That’s why I don’t have to mention anyone by...

"The location was great. We were able to walk to just aboiut everything in Poblado. There was a grocery store and pharmacy and restaurants literally steps away."

"Place was ok. Could use a refresher. A little rundown. Lots of early construction noises next door all week running the sleep. Even on the weekends. 730am Great location otherwise with walking distance to Provenza and El Pablado areas. Could use more instructions on tvs etc. could get it too work except living room. Market, coffee close by and good Argentinian steakhouse on the street."

"El servicio en general fue muy bueno, sin embargo tuvimos los siguientes inconvenientes: room service una sopa fria y con pan quemado por la cual se hizo un reclamo y se recibio una nueva orden sin cobro. En un par de ocasiones tuvimos que informar que faltaban toallas y papel higienico, y el hotel no pudo proveer una plancha despues de uma gran espera que fue solucionado con la lavanderia. Ojala pudieran mejorar esos aspectos pues el hotel noz gusto y queremos recomendarlo"
