"We had the best experience. We arrived on a late flight and Emilio at the front desk was incredible, so friendly, even upgraded us to a bigger room! Room was so clean and bed was super comfortable and everything was new built. Will for sure stay here again! Can’t recommend enough! "

"The entire staff was amazing! We had some issues checking in with my debit card coming from the US but Carlos the hotel manager was super patient as I was getting frustrated.. he kept calm and knew that we were going to get it fixed eventually. I will visit again "
